ENG: I’ve spent most of last week in Munich, because I visited the press days of LOEWS PR, V. Communication and Haebmau. I was able to spend the last two nights of my exciting visit in the new Roomers Hotel, which is just impressive in regards to its interior and hospitality. In the hotel, the asian restaurant “IZAKAYA” invited me and a couple of friends to dinner and provided us with a culinary and also otherwise fantastic night. So if any of you are going to be in Munich any time soon, I can only recommend this hotel. On Thursday I went to the Westing Pop-Up Store, which is on Brienner Street 12, very close to the Munich town center. Some of you probably know that we have been working with Westwing for quite some time and are great fans of the high-quality Interior Shop. Because we are so close with the Westwing-Team, we came together and developed the discount code “WWaylin”, which can be used in the Pop-Up store in Munich until the 16th of November 2017. I was extremely happy with the store and the deal you can get; you can shop your preferred products with an iPad in store with a 20% discount – so you can mix and match your favorite items without any restrictions. Have fun shopping!

To Do: Our next stop for this week is a night in Düsseldorf on Thursday, before we visit our old home Cologne afterwards. We connect Cologne with an incredibly great time in University, where we had lovely moments and were able to make great friends. It will be a private visit this time, because a friend invited us to his wedding – which is something of great importance to us at the moment as well. :-) In addition to that, we were given the new Audi Q5 to test within the next weeks and I am – of course – incredibly excited for the car. I’ve been a great fan of the Q5 for some time now and finally able to drive and test it myself; it definitely has enough space for some offspring.
ENG: A busy and wonderful week including three amazing days in Berlin is over. The start of our Berlin trip was the launch event of the ERDEM x H&M Collection, followed by the #JusteUnClou Party by Carier. Both events were well organised and the trip was perfected by our stay in the beautiful Hotel Zoo. I hope that you got some good impressions through my IG-Stories and got a good grasp of the new H&M Designer collection. We went back home to Hamburg on Friday, were our French Bulldog was awaiting us already. Then on Saturday, a bunch of us went to see a kickboxing fight of a good friend of ours; I haven’t been to a sporting event like that before and I have to admit that I was more than impressed about the sport itself and the respectful attitude of the fighters.

To Do: I will be leaving for Munich tomorrow, to attend the Munich-Press days and two store events. In more detail, it’s about a visit to the Westwing-Pop-Up Store on Thursday, followed by a Peuterey and Lodenfrey Event on Friday. I will tell you what exactly that is about on Instagram :-) I am definitely very excited for the Munich trip, interesting conversations and the other girls. It’ll definitely be a busy and exciting week!
New In: I decided to wear this beautiful Self-Portrait dress for the Cartier Party, since it was a “Black Tie” Event, and I was also able to get one of the really popular Christian Dior Textile Bracelets in Berlin. In addition to that, Pandora’s Christmas collection arrived, which isn’t only absolutely recommendable by the looks of things, but also from its quality and in my eyes a perfect gift idea for Christmas. I would like to show you my personal favorites in form of a Widget below; I also talked about the new collection in my Instagram-Story today.
ENG: A rather relaxed but very productive week is now behind us. We were in Hamburg all week and therefore able to hold a number of meetings and events in the area, which again can lead to exciting new projects in the upcoming weeks. Last week’s highlight definitely was the blogger-flea-market at Secondella in Hamburg’s town center last Saturday. I was so excited about how many people came out and how positive the feedback was; it’s always nice to meet people personally and be able to have a conversation and engage with everyone. So thank you again everyone for coming out :-) For those of you that weren’t able to come out this time; I have prepared everything for next time already and I am certain, that there will be another blogger-flea-market soon.

To Do: We will be traveling again this week, since we have two events in Berlin. First of all, I will be attending the big Erdem x H&M Collection launch at H&M on Wednesday night, which I am really excited for. Then on Thursday, we have been invited to celebrate Cartier’s new collection “Juste un Clou”. I personally think that the pieces of this collection are some of the most beautiful Cartier pieces, which is why my excitement for the event is rather big; as usual, I am going to take you with me to Berlin via my Instagram-Stories. Next weekend, we will be back in Hamburg to support a friend during his kickboxing fight.
New In: I can finally call the Max Mara Teddy-Coat MY OWN. I have been eyeing this coat for absolutely ages; at he presentation of the coat during the Milan Fashion Week in February I had already fallen in love with it, which makes me even happier that I am perfectly prepared for the upcoming cold days of fall. I was able to pick out a pair of Fendi slippers at Net-A-Porter, too, that are unbelievably stylish. I have already styled one specific idea with them too, that you will be able to see in my Instagram-Story today. Adding to that I have ordered a relaxed velvet sweatpants from adidas. Additionally we are waiting for a biiiiiiig Westwing Order with wonderful products that include a velvet-armchair and a golden ceiling lamp. I am going to tell you soon what exactly we are expecting and why we are expecting the delivery via Instagram :-)
ENG: An exciting Week is over, in which I spent most of time away from Hamburg. We started our travels on Wednesday, when we flew to Paris with Cartier, to take part in a perfume presentation. We were able to get a look at the incredibly inspiring headquarter of Cartier Fragrances and visit the Palais de Tokyo, to see the so called #OSNI 1 Cube, which is a small glass complex, made after the image of a dice. Only two people are allowed to step inside the cube at a time and, walking up a small spiral staircase, you walk straight into a cloud of the new Cartier “L`Envol”. This experience is really difficult to explain, but the presentation was just sensational. Then, last Friday, we went straight to Berlin to celebrate the new Mercedes Benz X-Class. We were picked up by a shuttle and, up until then, didn’t know anything about the location, since it was a secret event with guest-list-only access. The name of the show was #60minuteswithX and created an amazing atmosphere with live acts like German musicians such as Tim Bendzko, Kool Savas, and Sido. We spent the rest of the weekend with friends and family at home in Hamburg.

To Do: This week we are actually not traveling as much as usually, but we have a list of meetings and events in Hamburg. Tomorrow for example, we have an event with Edited the Label, where I will obviously take you with me through my Instagram Stories. Apart from that I am really excited for next Saturday, because Juliane (Styleshiver) and I are hosting a Blogger-Flea Market along with and at Second-Ella in the Hamburg city centre. I am going to connect the official Facebook-Event here and would love to see and meet you from 10am-2pm!
New In: Last week, I got the controversial Balenciagatriple S Sneaker, that are currently sold out everywhere. I had a large number of questions and enquiries if I might want to sell them. Indeed, the Sneaker do look rather big and “massive”, but that is also just their character and charm. Right now I am still quiet torn whether I want to sell them or not, but will definitely keep you posted through my Instagram Stories. Furthermore, I got the perfect pinkknittedsweaterfromEdited, which I have already shown you here last week. Apart from that we had some rather quiet days, which has me even more excited of Saturday – since it will be the perfect opportunity to make some space in my closet. I will be relentless when it comes to finding pieces for the Blogger-Flea-Market ;-)Continue Reading…
ENG: A new week is over and it feels like time is permanently running, probably you know this feeling in a same manner. We spent last week to a great extent in Hamburg with not only several meetings and accounting themes but also in terms of quality time with friends for a long time. In addition to that I was part of the Mango #Committed event last Thursday, the new collection is officially available from today on. For me there are really some nice pieces within the new collection and I’m even happier, that I could already get some items, you can find more about the particular pieces within the ‚New In‘ section. On Friday we moved on to Bremen for visiting the ‚Ischa Freimaak‘ with friends, the biggest public festival in Northern Germany. The last mentionable event last week was the launch of the new and beautiful hair salon of my beloved friend Kathleen, the official salon name is ‚Kathleen Hairdesign‘ and it’s located in Hamburg. :-)
Favorites of the week:
To Do: Today my boyfriend and me were the first consumer at Kathleen’s new hair salon, some insights and first results are part of my Instagram Stories today. This Wednesday we’re traveling to one of my most preferred cities worldwide. Can you imagine, which one I mean? You’re right… it’s PARIS. We will stay two nights in this amazing city with Cartier Fragrances, via Instagram Stories I will take you with me to this exciting trip. We expect a varied and fascinating framework program as the contemporary art week takes also place this week in Paris.
New In: As already mentioned above, I’ve got a lovely piece from the new Mango #Committed collection in terms of this amazing dress. For the launch event itself, I was allowed to choose a whole Mango outfit and I decided not only for the dotted dress but also for an oversized cashmere sweater and black colored boots. In addition to that I’ve found a new pair of boots from the ECCO shape collection, the shoes combine a high comfort and great style for creating sophisticated looks. I decided for the combination with a ‚fake fur‘ coat and a simple, black colored jeans, that is also part of my Instagram feed from last week. Last but not least I’m now the proud owner of the small ‚Chanel Gabrielle‚ bag in black. You know my preference for bags in general but to be honest until now I didn’t have a simple model in black, I’m still very happy with my decision because the bag can be worn cross body and as one shoulder bag based the two colored (gold and silver) and long strap.
ENG: Hello from Hamburg, my current residence and happy place since a few days. After our return from Paris last Monday, we realized a big video production in out flat with Fashionette.de, an online shop for designer handbags. Of course I’m really excited about the result and already this week the first part will be launched online. I will let you know as soon as an outcome is visible. ;-)
As I’ve already mentioned within my „teddy coat“ trend report, I flew to Verona for the first time last Friday. The reason for this one-night trip was the sensational Intimissimi On Ice Show, hosted in the open air „Arena di Verona“. The costumes this year were designed by the Italian star blogger Chiara Ferragni. A really fantastic spectacle and a great atmosphere, even Andrea Bocelli with his phenomenal voice had a live performance during the event. After my return from Italy, I spent last weekend very laid-back at home.
Favorites of the week:
To Do: This week there are several meetings and press days, in addition to that Mango will be hosting a bigger event in the inner city of Hamburg this Thursday and of course I will take you with me on this day via Instagram Stories. On Saturday my beloved Kathleen from „Kathleen Hairdesign“ is going to celebrate a new chapter of her professional career in regards of an own hair salon. As a true hair expert, I can warmly recommend her in questions of the ideal cut, hair extensions or glossing tips, furthermore I’m pretty happy to be her first „customer“ next Monday – juhuuu!
Even concerning our wedding next year, we got finally the commitment for our dream location on Majorca. After two months of waiting, we’re absolutely happy about the confirmation because now we can go with things like „save-the-date“, registry, wedding dress etc. :-)
New In: Based on the cold temperatures here in Hamburg, I couldn’t resist anymore and had to buy the Fake-Fur coat from & Other Stories. Via Instagram I’ve already announced last week, that PANDORA has launched its exclusive Disney collection, that is commercially available since 5th October 2017. My very own disney charm from the collection includes a Minnie Mouse, a heart and a Minnie symbol. Should you be Disney and PANDORA fans as well, you can find lots of nice and lovely products online and stationary, there are also DIY products within the Disney collection. It’s definitely worth it.
ENG: After more than 10hours of sleeping I can finally write today’s „weekly focus“ from our own flat in Hamburg. I’m very grateful for the last Fashion Week month but now I’m more than happy to be back at home. We had great conversations, met new and lovely people and gathered so much positive experiences.
Last week started with a day in Disneyland because Pandora invited several blogger to celebrate the Disney collection, that will be available from the 5th October on. From here we moved on to Paris with L’Oréal in order to test some new products, to visit the laboratory as well as to be part of events in regards of the Fashion Week. My personal highlights were definitely the Balmain party and the Sonja Rykiel Show. The big final of our common journey was the L’Oréal Fashion Show at the Champs-Élysées on Sunday. It was a secret project with designer like Balmain, Sonja Rykiel, Off White or Isabel Markant. A really huge spectacle with models like Doutzen Kroes, Stefanie Giesinger, Lena Meyer Landrut or Irina Shayk.
Favorites of the week:
To Do: Today our French Bulldog is coming back from a family holiday and as you can imagine we’re so looking forward to it. Tomorrow is a very special day because a production team of the online shop Fashionette is going to produce a small home story, as soon as there will be the first results, I will let you know. :-) On Friday I’m going to fly to Verona for being part of the legendary Intimissimi ice show, the motto this year: „A Legend of Beauty“! I’m already so excited and will definitely take you with me Friday evening.
New In: In Milan I couldn’t resist anymore, I just had to buy my new Gucci sneaker in the color combination red and blue. For some time I was so keen on this model and since the purchase I’m wearing them almost every day. In addition to that I’ve ordered some lovely pieces at Edited: a red colored vinyl skirt, a black colored vinyl pants as well as an oversized coat in rose. Last but not least I’ve finally got the perfect „ear cuff“, Loren Stewart sent me an amazing model of its limited Net-A-Porter collection. A very eventful but also thankful week.
ENG: Hello from London and this year’s Fashion Week. :-) What an exciting and intensive week is now well behind us. We came back from New York City last Friday in order to visit the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Neumünster the same day. The reason for our visit was the opening of the „Insider“ Concept Store in keeping with the motto „Iconic Pieces“. Until the beginning of November young and established designer offer selected collection pieces for every visitor. On Saturday morning we continued on towards the inner city of Hamburg for getting an impression of the new Aigner store. In both cases there will follow two detailed blog posts during the week.
Yesterday we flew to London for the 1. European Fashion Week in order to join with Wella Professionals the fashion shows of Preen by Thornton and Versus Versace. Wella is responsible for the hair styling of several runway shows here in London and is also going to assume the responsibility for the big and remarkably Tommy Hilfiger Show tomorrow as the official end of LFW.
The show with the greatest attention was certainly that one from Topshop, based on a live stream you can still watch the show on the online shop’s website. The day and a very eventful week was ended by the 10th anniversary of COS in the National Gallery at Trafalgar Square. During the next days I’m going to show you some further outfits here from London, my looks from the New York Fashion Week are summarized in an own posting here on the blog. Look no further than here. :-)
Favorites of the week:
To Do: Until Wednesday I’m going to visit the Julien McDonald and Tommy Hilfiger show. Via a short break in Hamburg we’re moving on to Milan from Wednesday evening and I’m already looking forward to the Fashion week in Italy. Both the weather forecast and the shows are very promising but more detailed information concerning shows and events will follow in the second part of this week. It remains exciting mainly because the European Fashion Weeks have only just started. A crazy time at the moment but I love it! ;-)
New In: Maybe you’ve already recognized Nina Suess‘ or my own IG story last week, that I’ve sinned in New York relating to a new pair of Louis Vuitton boots. I couldn’t resist but for defending myself the only other new achievement is an oversized knitted sweater from H&M in black. So far I’ve resisted further shopping temptations but when thinking about the next travel destinations, it will be a very challenging time for me until the end of this month. :-)
ENG: Good morning from New York! In advance I’d like to say sorry for the blog neglect last week but as you can probably well imagine NYC is so exciting and always crowded, that we try to spend most of our time outside. We feel so comfortable in the streets of Manhattan and love the hustle, different facets as well as the spontaneity in every corner. Besides the shows and events we try to create high-quality content for you such as the shoot with two huge German bulldogs in Soho. In addition to that I can only recommend everybody to visit the „Top of the Rock“ and to enjoy the phenomenal view from the rooftop of the Rockefeller Center – just unique!
Favorites of the week:
To Do: The ZIMMERMANN runway show is starting soon and I’m so excited about the collection. As I’ve got the invitation a few weeks ago, I was immediately heart and soul for it due to my own positive experiences with the label’s dresses. I love all of them so much and I’m already very excited about the new collection. Of course I’m going to take you with me via Instagram for sharing insights from the show today. :-) On Wednesday I will also visit the Marchesa show as my second personal highlight here in NYC. We’re here until Thursday and try to enjoy the Big Apple as much as possible before a short stopover in Hamburg will bring us to the European Fashion Weeks soon. Stay tuned, it’s worth it.
New In: In a small second hand designer store in Soho I could find gorgeous Saint Laurent Candy 80 Bow sandals for 200€! Fortunately I could also get another beautiful ZIMMERMANN dress as a sale product, we’ve already shot it as NYC street style look on Instagram. Last but not least I’m also owning my first winter piece this season, a black colored ACNE Studios beanie.
ENG: Hello from the bedside. Unfortunately I have a cold and feel very weak since a few days, nevertheless I have to recover soon when thinking about my flight to New York from Wednesday on. Probably I got the cold during our two days in London, where we celebrated the new PANDORA autumn/winter collection according to the campaign’s motto #DOSeeTheWonderful. Already yesterday I’ve announced a blog post about the London event with further details and information about the campaign’s background. Initially we intended an onward trip to Stockholm, however we had to cancel this plan in the near term, afterwards it was a very reasonable decision when including my physical condition. It’s a very busy time period at the moment, so with the right medicine I took directly the opportunity to join the opening party of the first Sephora store in Hamburg as well as another party for the Dorothee Schumacher Pop-Up store last Thursday. On the same day I’ve also visited the presentation of new H&M Studio collection and you can be sure, that lots of great pieces belong to this collection.
Favorites of the week:
To Do: What can I say? My joyful anticipation for the Big Apple is growing day by day and fortunately the preparation is gradually coming to an end. We have some great collaboration partner on board, in addition to that I got an invitation from a very special designer label and I’m so looking forward to its runway show. Last year we were totally impressed from our first New York stay, the content corresponded exactly our imaginations, the whole city was incredibly kind, loud and exciting, even your feedback at the time was consistently positive. Also this time I will take you with me and hope, that we can share the same enthusiasm like last year.
New In: Already some time ago I’ve introduced the ECCO Soft 8 sneaker with velcro stripes in white, only recently I got the same model in the black colored version. The sneaker is not only highly comfortable but also optionally combinable independent of the particular weather conditions.
For a while I’m thinking about the Prada belt bag based on its great appearance and the opportunity to wear it as „normal“ shoulder bag. Nevertheless I had most of the time several doubts towards belt bags in general but this Prada version convinced me to the fullest.
In collaboration with Net-A-Porter I got some great pieces for New York like this dress from ZIMMERMANN, Preen by Thornton and many more products. In London I’ve bought a destroyed jeans and dotted dress in green, in addition to that I could get Alberta Ferretti shoes with a 60% off discount, so in the end I’m pretty happy with my new achievements from the last week.
